Lately
Lately I have been trying to better myself each & every day.
I started a new workout plan with meal preps as well and last week was my first week. It was amazing! My body feels great & I have already noticed a HUGE difference.
I’ve been reading inspirational & business books to learn more about being your boss & inspiring others. I do self-development for 15 mins a day & I am slowly starting to use meditation.
2018 is going to be different but every year we are all different. I have a son, who will be turning 1 in a week, & he is the greatest miracle in my life. He already changed 2017 & now I am changing 2018.
